We will be staying in Kathmandu valley, place of many great yoginis/ Yogis like Guru Rinpoche, Yeshe Tsogyal and Kali and Shiva temple.

Nepal is one of the main Lands of Tantra.

Program Includes:

• What is Dzogchen and Tantra?
  

• The science of breath, movements, sound, light and rays.

• Creating the space for direct introduction to take place

• Nurturing the Bliss Love Presence.

• Sacred dance of the Dakinis (the Enlightened Feminine)

• Dakinis mantras and invocations with the use of bell and damaru (a small double face drum). 

• Long life Tsa Lung Thigle series ( channels, prana/energy and spheres of light).
