Clear Light Tantra retreat in the Sacred Land of Cappadocia

Celebrating life and reconnecting with oneself from the inner and the outer.

In this retreat we will also be bringing Dzogchen and Tantra in relation to riding horses and being with them in the beautiful canyons of Cappadocia (this is another level of intimacy).

We will also enjoy one practice in the hot air balloon at sunrise. 

Program Includes:

• Gaining the knowledge of Dzogchen through diverse traditions.
• A time to celebrate and regenerate your being.
• A time to clear all obstacles and lift the veils of ignorance. 
• A time to celebrate through sacred dances, chant, inner yoga, taking care of oneself.

• Clear light tantra with the practice of Tsa lung of the five elements, that is composed of different movements, different ways of breathing with five types of self-massage related to the five elements.
• Sufi teachings and practice on Love.
• Universal practice of prayer and meditation to no meditation. 

We will integrate and develop listening and knowing about ourselves by being together, by being with nature...

In the mixed tradition that abides in Cappadocia we will be riding horses in canyons, practicing in ancient rock caves, cathedrals, celebrating with dance, chant, music, and much more.
